Regulations of excursions
The excursion programme is organised by the local receptive BO VOYAGES.
- Payment must be made at the time of booking, at least one day in advance,before 1 p.m.
- Participation in the excursions is free for children under 2 years old.
- Excursions are made with authorized French guides and departures are guaranteed with a minimum number of participants 6 pax;for a reservation more than 47 pax please contact us.
- Rates and programs can be changed during the season. Route or program changes due to force majeure or adverse weather conditions are not eligible for reimbursement.
- Waivers: the cancellation notified more than 24 hours before departure provides for the total refund of the price. Cancellation notified more than 12 hours before departure provides for the refund of 50% of the price and the cancellation notified to less than 12 hours does not provide for any refund.
- Personal effects (including video and photographic equipment) are the responsibility of the customers.
- BO VOYAGES disclaims all liability for loss or theft of personal property that may occur during excursions.
- We are not responsible for any problems arising from excursions purchased with other organizations.
